It is made from corresponding soluble long ceramic fibers and comes in various thicknesses and bulk densities. Under high-temperature conditions, Anchor Company’s soluble ceramic fibers have low thermal conductivity and excellent heat resistance. When used in neutral or oxidizing atmospheres for extended periods, it maintains good tensile strength, toughness, and fiber structure. AES soluble ceramic fiber blanket exhibits outstanding insulation performance at high temperatures.
2. Overview of Anchor Company’s Soluble Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Anchor Company’s soluble ceramic fiber is a biodegradable amorphous fiber prepared by high-temperature melting. Its main chemical components are alkaline earth metal oxides (such as calcium oxide, magnesium oxide) and silicon dioxide.
Anchor Company’s soluble ceramic fiber does not contain aluminum oxide (content <1%) and possesses characteristic of biodegradability within the human body. The addition of CaO increases its melting crystalline axis. Compared to conventional ceramic fibers, Anchor Company’s soluble ceramic fibers are longer, resulting in lower shot content and higher fiber content. The long-fiber soluble high-temperature insulation ceramic fiber cotton, produced through a double-sided needling and interweaving process, exhibits greater tensile strength.

1) Anchor Company’s AES soluble ceramic fiber blankets are classified into two temperature grades: 1200°C and 1300°C, with a temperature resistance of up to 1000°C
2)According to the 97/69 EC notaQ standard, it does not belong to any carcinogenic substance category. It is degradable and can dissolve in human lung fluid, making it environmentally friendly.
