Polycrystalline Alumina Mullite Needled Blanket 1600 is one of the new ultra light heat resistant insulation materials. The long-term use temperature of alumina fiber needle felt can reach 1500 ℃, and the maximum use temperature is 1600 ℃.The toughness, strength, softness and fiber structure can still be maintained under this temperature in oxidizing atmosphere, neutral atmosphere or weak reducing atmosphere for a long time. Alumina fiber needled blanket has outstanding heat insulation performance, no need for special atmosphere protection, high operating temperature and resistance to acid and alkali erosion.
