01. Anchor-Tech Ceramic Fiber Zirconium Blanket

Anchor-Tech ceramic fiber zirconium blanket is made by spinning process , and is produced by mixing capacitor alumina, silica and zirconium oxide. Anchor-Tech ceramic fiber zirconium blanket is white in color , with smooth needle pattern and high tensile strength, and can be processed into ceramic fiber zirconium module/folding block. It is generally used in industrial kiln wall lining and back lining with high temperature resistance requirements between 1150C~1300℃ for long-term working temperature .

02. Performance of zirconium -containing ceramic fiber refractory materials

Zircon ceramic fiber refractory products are made of natural zircon sand and are acidic materials. Zircon ceramic fiber refractory materials have good slag resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity decreases with increasing temperature, high load softening temperature, high wear resistance, and good thermal shock resistance. They have become important materials in various industrial fields .

Zircon ceramic fiber refractory materials have high resistance to acidic slag and glass, and are not penetrated by metallic aluminum and aluminum oxide slag , so they also achieve good results on the bottom of aluminum smelting furnaces .

Because zirconium-containing ceramic fiber blankets usually have higher melting temperatures, stronger chemical stability, good corrosion resistance to molten metals, slag, or molten glass, and good thermal shock resistance, they can be well used in glass kilns, metallurgical industries, cement kilns, ceramics, and other industrial kilns .
