Low-zirconium ceramic fiber is a refractory fiber material that increases the temperature resistance of ceramic fiber by adding zirconium oxide. ② Anchor-Tech low-zirconium ceramic fiber blanket is made of inorganic materials aluminum silicate and zirconium oxide mixed in a certain proportion and then melted at high temperature and spun or blown and collected .
③The long-term working temperature of Anchor-Tech low-zirconium ceramic fiber blanket is 1200℃, which is the same as that of high-aluminum ceramic fiber blanket . However, high-aluminum ceramic fiber is blown, with short fiber length and lower tensile strength than spun fiber. The price of low-zirconium fiber blanket is between high-aluminum ceramic fiber blanket and zirconium-containing ceramic fiber blanket.
03. Application of low zirconium blanket products
* Anchor-Tech low zirconium ceramic fiber blanket is generally used for the top fire-facing surface of the refractory lining of industrial kilns with long-term working temperatures between 1150℃ and 1200℃ or as the back lining material of higher temperature kilns;
