Autoclave Ceramic Fiber Insulation Solution
1. Autoclave Insulation
The autoclave , also known as the steam curing autoclave or the pressure autoclave , is a large pressure vessel with a large volume and heavy weight. The setting of the autoclave insulation layer is to reduce the heat loss when the autoclave is in use. Generally, the autoclave user needs to determine the required insulation thickness according to the properties of the insulation material.
2. Autoclave Introduction
01. Uses of Autoclave
Autoclave is often used for the autoclave curing of aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe piles, lime sand bricks, fly ash bricks, microporous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, thermal insulation asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum and other building materials, completing the hydrothermal reaction of CaO -SiO2-H2O in the autoclave .
02. Autoclave body
the autoclave : mainly composed of the autoclave body device, autoclave cover device, swing device, hand-crank reducer, safety device, support, insulation layer, sealing device, pipeline valve instrument, etc. The auxiliary parts include drainage device and electric control box.
03. Autoclave working temperature
the autoclave is high-pressure steam, the working pressure is 1.3-1.6Mpa, the design temperature is generally 195-205℃ , the working temperature is 195-205℃, and the common sizes of autoclaves are between 2-3m in diameter and 20-30m in length.
3. Autoclave Ceramic Fiber Insulation Solution
The autoclave generally works horizontally, and the insulation form generally adopts external insulation. The insulation layer uses inorganic lightweight fiber material – Anchor-Tech ceramic fiber blanket as the insulation layer, and the outer protective layer uses galvanized iron sheet or fiberglass.
Autoclave insulation material – Anchor-Tech ceramic fiber blanket is the main material for the autoclave insulation layer . It has the performance of lightweight insulation and high efficiency and energy saving. It is the most cost- effective energy-saving and environmentally friendly lightweight insulation material among the most commonly used insulation materials.
